This red color SMD LED type is a low power consumption module with a wide viewing angle Ideal for backlight and indicator. This is affordable and advantageous for surface mount technology these days. These are great for status lights or for building really small LED matrices. They’re basically the standard green LED that shows up on our LilyPad Micro LED boards and are slightly larger than a 0603 SMD LED.
